The dimension of this house is 10m wide x 50m in depth across the road from the ocean. At the front as you enter the high fence you will find a garage which is placed in ground level. At the first floor there’s a living area and on the second floor you will find the master suit. Both living area and master suite have terraces facing the ocean; this gives a beautiful panoramic view during the sunrise and the sunset while enjoying a nice orange juice. Going deeper you will find a nice pool and a second living area with an open natural view. On the courtyard here you can enjoy and throw a little barbeque party with your friends, it’s a great place as it’s located just next to the pool.
