Unusual Metamorphosis Bookshelf by Sebastian Errazuriz

Artist and designer Sebastian Errazuriz has presented the latest bookshelf design called Metamorphosis shelf. It is a hand carved shelving unit that was inspired by nature, an ivy. The shelf has very interesting design that reminds of thick ivy. The idea of Metamorphosis shelf is based on memories of designer about thick ivy. It came from his grandmother’s ivy-covered garden. It is very unusual bookshelf that will definitely attract everybody’s attention.

The Metamorphosis bookshelf is made from baltic birch plywood and resembles a giant tree branch with many ramifications. The shelf is perfect for storing up books and magazines. This unusual shelf can also be used for storing various objects, depend on the creativity of the owner. Sebastian has used this shelf as natural shelves for his garden toys. Painted in black color, this bookshelf will be match into modern or even Gothic interior. Imagine there are dark branches that crawled along the wall! It must be so interesting.
