Playful Modern Chair Design, Mixx Chair by Matthias Demacker

How do you like to have your juice mixed? You can mixed it with several fruits you want, but today it’s not just juice that gets the mixing, even seating now does the same thing and you can only mix them with colors. The name is Mixx Chair, this modern seating design was designed by Matthias Demacker for Area Declic. The chair design idea is definitely fresh and genuine. Some even say that having the chair’s idea is inviting.

So for what purpose is this chair made this way? Our guess is that perhaps the designer is trying to make seating design that doesn’t just act with functionality but also aesthetic where they have the options of choosing the cushions they want and mix the colors they want, something similar like what Nokia has done with their previous phone where you can change casing many times.

This original chair design is made out of three separate parts. Each of them get different color and the chair is fresh and colorful. By doing this, the chair act like chameleon, it can fit and integrate easily to any modern interior design or even the contemporary interior one.
