Designed by Jill Lewis and Lane Williams from Coop 15 Architecture, ‘Laurelhurst’ is a beautiful modern 2500-square foot residence which is located in Seattle. The architect says about this contemporary house “1960’s modern home has been expanded and updated with a new second story containing three bedrooms and two baths. The main floor plan has been opened up, with expanded living areas where bedrooms were once located. There is new lighting, plumbing fixtures, cabinets and finishes throughout.

It’s a great home redesign with maximization of light and space. From the photos it’s crystal clear that this contemporary home design demonstrates plenty of both. You will enjoy yourself in this contemporary living room design, it looks spacious. Anyway, I can’t say that it’s a compact home but it’s a modern contemporary house that Coop 15, the architecture of the house, has made. We love the big windows that can see the view from the inside, either from the second floor or on the first floor. It’s a vivid, original living space with contemporary interior decorations.
