Modern Urban House with Fascinating Glass Front Facade by Bassam el Okeily and Karla Menten
This is an urban modern house designed Bassam el Okeily and Karla Menten in Bilzen, Belgium. Both architect did an amazing and fascinating job by bringing semi transparent facade that creates a form of silhouette from outside to anyone who’s looking at it. The front facade made entirely of glass. The philosophy of this urban house is to suspend time to strip environments down and appreciate the beauty of simplicity.
The idea then is well translated and come into virtualization with abstract image of broken mirror pieces which is stopped in mid air. The result is striking sculptural home design creating an ultra modern and moody statement y the multi colored lighting scheme. The front façade of this house can be open, making it have a pee a boo effect from the street.
