Welcome to The Shingle House which comes from NORD Architecture. The retreat house has a traditional roof top design and unique exterior at the front. It is sort of being encapsulated by woods, covered with black shingles with nice various windows sizes. Shingle house have it’s own attraction and this modern house is located on a beautiful beach in Dungeness, Kent, England.

Take a step inside this house and you will be liking the bedroom part where it has floor to ceiling windows which can be open, connecting it directly with the nature. I’m not to sure whether it’s windows or transparent doors but the views are spectacular indeed. Everything at this charming and unique house is designed with unique none of a kind interior design that combines with traditional theme in modern utilities.

This house gets a warm touch by using wooden materials inside. The timber makes a warm and relaxing atmosphere while the colorful details bring a happy feeling. Everything are well prepared at this holiday home and it can accommodate for up to 8 people inside.
