The elevation at this modern home design creates such potential views on the second floor which faces the city center.

The house plan is uncommon, as the public spaces and private room area switch upside down. The main living space is upon the upper floor facing glazed walls to the north with city skyline view, while the rooms open for private patios is downstairs.
