It was love at the first sight as we love this low energy house design with single butterfly roofing by Simon Winstanley Architects. The house has a high eco appeal and some nice vista. This butterfly roof house plans was built in two storeys. The stone house design on the first floor and the wooden house with glass enclosure topping on it which makes you able to see a countryside view and the unending sea scenery. Upon the second floor, the glass wall house are is built using steel frame from cedar panels and triple glazed windows. The house using sustainable recycled and earth friendly material.
Simon Winstanley Architects the architecture of this house is designing the sustainable house with high insulation exterior walls, triple glazed thermal windows to hinder from heat lost, heat pump for subfloor heating and hot water system, single butterfly roofing to bring more sunlight into the house, Photovoltaic panels and heat recovery ventilation system.
