After you learn all about maintaining your house then it’s time for you to have a look at some house design. This home design you’re about to see is from Tzannes Associates and it is located in Sydney, Australia. The sober house design is placed within a natural cliff.

The architects stated that “the residence forms a L-shape to create a protected enclave and to maximize solar access, natural ventilation and aspect as well as utilizing energy efficiency by including 3 water tanks, reverse brick veneer walls, sun control louvers and shutters, natural ventilation, hot water solar panels and photo-voltaic cells.”

The modern sustainable home design named The Clovelly Residence also has a true display of style and contemporary living. For the interior they used timber which creates a wonderful harmony with the available furniture there.
