This Australian home design is set on a river frontage and it’s created by Push Architects. The L home design is built upon elevated plateau next to the river. 70 Residence, the name of this home, has two storeys. Like other typical modern house the house has natural ventilation with big floor to ceiling windows. To add more additional natural ventilation it also has a big double height roofed court. At the entrance you will notice that the home design to be protected from the seasonal sun using a screen which creates a very strong visual from in and out of the house.

Towards the south of the house you will be offered with such astounding view of the river front through the house glazed walls. The western part of this modern residence is constructively built to protect the whole house from direct sun during the afternoon and the windy days. When summer comes you can cool yourself at the courtyard and pool which is smartly planned. It’s a nice home where the house can blend closer in relationship with the river and what’s more great is that you can view the vistas from your dining area, bedroom, terrace, pool and the 80 meters stair directly towards the river.
