Who would have thought that what was a practical ruin 50 years ago and abandoned can be reopened again and transformed into such gorgeous and amazing as well as unpretentious Tuscan paradise. Yes it’s a bit hyperbolic I’ve to admit but the words really are describing this exquisitely luxurious house which is owned by Baccheschi Berti family.

Castello di Vicarello is definitely the place you dream about. Movies and novels might describe such places but your mind drove you to think that such a thing doesn’t exist. Well you got to believe it this time. This place is only 2 hours drive from Tuscany with the most enjoyable scenery all the way along there. It has a hand picked furnishings, fabrics and accents.

You will truly wonder about the gorgeous looking exposed stone, brick and wood in combination of antiques and modern design along with Indonesian touches as Bertis spent almost a decade in Indonesia for the textile business. Truly pampering and mesmerizing with seemingly edgeless pool adding more relaxation with a serene forest view. Such a beauty right? And believe me it’s not just in your novel.
