Work and Living Home Plan at The Beaver Street Reprise San Fransisco by Craig Steely Architect

August 04, 2010 Filed Under: Homes Design

You can spend entirely for the rest of your life here at the workhouse plan called The Beaver Street Reprise in San Francisco, California. This is a home to the Craig Steely Architect office as well as Steely’s home which provides optimum cozy and comfort. To accommodate his own growing business and family, rather than moving and buy a new complete home or designed a new house plan, the architect opted to reconfigure the existing home plan. The makeover is started by relocating the kitchen, living room and dining area to a different height where at this point is a new rooftop or the existing two storey’s wood clad home.

The new features are the floor to ceiling windows just like every modern house plan which opens into a private piece of heaven of an outdoor living space which has a sod roof and completed with exquisite fireplace. So where does the professional works take places? Well Craig Steely works at the lower part of this house. If you want to find out more, then this is the architect contact Architect Craig Steely.
