Modern Island Home of Sodae House by VMX Architects
VMX Architects, the Netherlands architecture has really made this house design looks like a building. It’s completely a wonder contemporary aesthetics of modern island home and the name is Sodae House. The home plan is unraveling the natural surroundings on the island of Kostverlorenkade in Amsterdam. The architecture stated that “The starting point for the concept was the perception of the landscape, the distant high buildings of the Zuid As and the Rembrandt Tower as well as the view of the aeroplanes travelling to and from Schiphol.”
At the ground floor where usually most modern home design used it as a warehouse doesn’t apply to this contemporary house. It becomes sort of a small private intimate area where you will find the bedrooms and baths. Upon the upper floor is where you will live and get socialized with friends and foes with kitchen designed in open loft concept style and living room with a reverb cool walls made out of glass. It’s completed with a nice work out room and home theater in case you feel uncanny having working all day long. Please visit VMX Architects and the Sodae House.
