Airy Modern Kavel 71 House by NAT Architecten

The Kavel 71 is the perfect example of an ample modern house design with an L-shaped home design which is designed by NAT Architecten. This airy house occupies the position just right between the street and the water. What makes it a wonder is that as you see from the street’s side the Kavel 71 looks very low but wait until you see from the faces of the water as it will become a three levels home. The home seems to play illusion with the heights.

On the ground floor there is a loft space full with timber panel where it becomes a boundary between one zone and another. It’s a great place for children to paly and parents to enjoy a leisure living or gathering with friends. The heights of this house actually was shallow what makes it seems really high is the low furniture used and the white painted wall where it creates a massive blow of illusion of being more and more spacious. NAT Architecten also build this house to create a privacy between the parents and children.
