Murdock Young Architects really design a typical modern home design with minimalist interiors found all over the place. The Cutler Residence has been designed and built with a minimal impact on the pristine landscape. Some would say that it would be great to take a year round vacation because of the amazing views and surroundings offered by this house, but I rather buy such kind of house as it is very calm, serene and relaxing.
Vast majority materials used in this home is concrete encapsulated with wooden panels. Since this is a residence then it would be a wonder if you want to live here on your own and will be very tiring some for cleaning time. This residence offers a large swimming pool. If I were in Murdock Young Architects team I would give an idea of having pool on the roof or second floor where you can see the Atlantic Ocean wide spread through the windows.
