Stylish Multifunctional Sgabello Chair by Postfossil
Postfossil designed a chair named Sgabello. For the first impression this chair looks like another one, a simple and quite stylish. But Sgabello is more than just a chair. It has asymmetrical form, so it indicates that this chair can be used for different ways. In spite of a chair it can be used as side table or a bracket for book storage.
Sgabello is made from sheet metal and solid wood. They are merged both structurally and functionally and at the same time remaining completely separable. The wood has unbalances form, so you can explore the function as much as you want. The frame of this chair was given by the interplay of thickness of materials and profile. It gives the frame such universal structure. Combination of the two materials of Sgabello, the frame metal and the color of the wood, creates the shadow that brings more accents of elegance.
