This modern beach house ideas was built using typical local features such as weatherboard construction, sandstone base walling, stainless steel wire balustrade and galvanized steel. The timber clad structure reinterprets a longstanding beach house tradition in the area. The public and private spaces of this modern beach house design is divided by a central spine structure create dynamic sculptural form home design.
