Its made of clay which absorbs water from the fruit and vegetables. When the water evaporates it cools the shell. Grow spices and store fruits in the organic shape and you will get both life and colour in the kitchen.

I can’t decide if I hate this thing or if it’s the coolest looking thing ever. LoL It is thought provoking though. Being ceramic it would have to be a bit on the heavy side though.
